హిమాచల్ ప్రదేశ్లో భూకంపం.. ఇండ్లు వదిలి పరుగులు తీసిన జనం

హిమాచల్ ప్రదేశ్ లో భూకంపం సంభవించింది. 2026 జూన్ 5వ తేదీన (శుక్రవారం) రాత్రి చంబ జిల్లాలో వచ్చిన భూకంపం స్థానికులను భయాందోళనలకు గురిచేసింది. రిక్టర్ స్కేలుపై 5.0 తీవ్రతతో ఏర్పడిన భూకంపంతో పలుచోట్ల ప్రకంపనలు చోటుచేసుకున్నాయి.

సెస్మిక్ డేటా ప్రకారం, ఈ భూకంపం రాత్రి 10:04 గంటలకు సంభవించింది. భూ సౌకర్యం నుంచి కేవలం 5 కిలోమీటర్ల లోతులో నమోదైంది. భూకంపం తక్కువ లోతులో సంభవించడం వల్ల ప్రకంపనలు మరింత స్పష్టంగా కనిపించాయి. దీంతో ముందుజాగ్రత్త చర్యగా చాలా స్థానిక ప్రజలు తమ ఇళ్లు, భవనాల నుంచి బయటకు పరుగులు తీశారు.

తక్కువ లోతులో సంభవించే భూపాలకం తీవ్రత ఎక్కువగా ఉంటుంది, అవి భూకంప కేంద్రం సమీపంలో బలమైన ప్రకంపనలకు దారితీస్తుందని నిపుణులు చెబుతున్నారు. ఈ భూకంప కేంద్రం హై రిస్క్ జోన్ అయిన మండలాలలో ఒకటైన చంబా జిల్లాలో ఉంది.

భూకంపం తక్కువ లోతులో సంభవించడం వల్ల, చంబా, దాని పరిసర ప్రాంతాల్లోనే కాకుండా పొరుగు ప్రాంతాలలో కూడా ప్రకంపనలు సంభవించాయి. అయితే ఇప్పటి వరకు ఎలాంటి ప్రాణ నష్టం జరగలేదని అధికారులు తెలిపారు. పూర్తి వివరాలు తెలియాల్సి ఉంది.
