బస్తీలను పట్టించుకోవట్లేదు..మౌలిక వసతుల కల్పనలో ప్రభుత్వం పూర్తిగా విఫలం: కిషన్‌రెడ్డి

• అంబర్‌పేట డివిజన్లలో కేంద్రమంత్రి పాదయాత్ర

అంబర్‌పేట్, వెలుగు: హైదరాబాద్‌లోని బస్తీల్లో మౌలిక సదుపాయాల కల్పనలో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం పూర్తిగా విఫలమైందని కేంద్ర మంత్రి కిషన్ రెడ్డి. గత బీఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వం మాదిరిగానే ప్రస్తుత కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం కూడా హైటెక్ సిటీ అభివృద్ధికి ప్రాధాన్యత ఇస్తోందని, పేదలు, మధ్యతరగతి ప్రజలు ఉండే ప్రాంతాలను పట్టించుకోవడం లేదు. ఆదివారం అంబర్‌పేట నియోజకవర్గంలోని అన్ని డివిజన్లలో అధికారులు, బీజేపీ నాయకులు, స్థానికులతో కలిసి కిషన్‌రెడ్డి పాదయాత్ర చేసి ప్రజల సమస్యలను అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా కిషన్‌రెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతూ.. బస్తీల్లో సమస్య తీవ్రంగా ఉందని, వీధి దీపాలు వెలగక ప్రజలు ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్నారని చెప్పారు. చాలా రోడ్లు పాడైపోయినా మరమ్మతులు చేయడం లేదు. డబుల్ బెడ్రూమ్ ఇళ్ల పేరుతో గత ప్రభుత్వం ప్రజలను మోసం చేసిందని, కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం వచ్చి చాలా కాలమైనా అర్హులకు ఇళ్లు, పెన్షన్లు అందించింది. మహిళలకు నెలకు రూ.2,500, నిరుద్యోగులకు రూ.4 వేల భృతి, అమ్మాయిలకు స్కూటీలు, పెళ్లికి తులం బంగారం వంటి హామీలను అమలు చేయాలని ప్రజలు కోరుతున్నారు.

క్లైమేట్ మార్పుల వల్ల వర్షాలు తగ్గుతున్నాయని, దీని ప్రభావం దేశంపై కనిపిస్తోందని. వర్షాలు తగ్గితే పంటలు దెబ్బతినడంతో పాటు సమస్య కూడా పెరుగుతుందని ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. హైదరాబాద్‌లో ఇప్పుడే నీటి కష్టాలు మొదలయ్యాయని, ప్రభుత్వం వెంటనే సమస్యపై స్పష్టమైన ప్రణాళిక తీసుకురావాలని సూచించింది. హైదరాబాద్ వేగంగా విస్తరిస్తున్నా, దానికి తగ్గట్టు మౌలిక సదుపాయాలు కల్పించడంలో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం, జీహెచ్‌ఈ విఫలమయ్యాయని మందులు.

డ్రైనేజీ, రోడ్లు, స్వచ్ఛత వంటి అంశాల్లో నిర్లక్ష్యంగా కనిపిస్తోందని. మున్సిపల్ శాఖ మంత్రిగా ఉన్న సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి నగరంపై, ప్రభుత్వ భూములు, వ్యాపారాల పైనే ఎక్కువ శ్రద్ధ ఉంది. ఎస్బీఐ వంటి సంస్థలు వద్దన్నా వినకుండా భూములు వేస్తున్న ప్రభుత్వం, నగర ప్రజలు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న సమస్యలపై, స్ట్రీట్ లైట్ల నిర్వహణపై దృష్టి పెట్టడం లేదని ధ్వజమెత్తారు.
